This is a place where everything goes. Everything that is useless to anyone else, that is. From my life to my loves--to the people and things that make me daydream of genocide, You will find it all here.

Monday, Monday
I am a terrible person to be awake in the mornings.
I mean, in all fairness, I am probably grumpy. Who isn't when you would rather be snuggled in under the covers, instead of out into the chilly air of the rest of your house? Complete that with barely two hours of sleep and you have a recipe for disaster.
Yet it is not my mood that is suffering.
In fact, it is probably everyone ELSE's mood that is suffering, because I believe at this moment, if I am already awake, then so should everyone else be!
That's right.. I am awake, and I am ready to get moving on this beautiful day. (Beautiful being relative, as it is actually pretty cloudy today it seems). I am waiting for my friend Tiffany to wake up, so we can travel to the unruly place of business also known as "Wal-Mart" and purchase some groceries together. (Carpool, it's the way to do it!). She's sleeping in, I am sure, even through my text messages and yahoo buzzes. Silly me, Trix are definitely for kids.
So I hear Spongebob in the background and the clinging of spoons in empty bowls as both the girls finish their cereal at different times. I suppose it would have been a closer race, but Melanie decided she wanted more than the first bowl allotted. So she acquired more. I was unaware of this.
And although the puppy and I were off to a great and glorious start today, he has defied me yet once again by simply staring in my direction as he urinated all over the carpet. Not just a trickle, an accident, something that could be overlooked.. No, this was full blown bladder evacuation. No hint or sign of him in any sort of distress to need to be let out, (and trust me, we were JUST outside). It's really starting to get old with him... He shows such signs of intelligence... Even has learned the command "Sit" very well, as well as progress towards not using the floor as his battlefield. But the moments like that come around and all those charming things are forgotten. Maybe he is like his Daddy afterall. Extremely intelligent and just simply stubborn.
--On a side note, however, I am looking forward to this week. School starts tomorrow, (yay), and Saturday brings our trip to new beginnings. I have made connections with some old friends and have even set up a future birthday party that will be sure to make some sort of mark in history of my life. I should finally have money again by the end of next week, (at the latest, people... or murder will happen), and everything will continue to come together nicely. It really is a beautiful start to the new year, 2012. Even through the shadows that continue to try and lurk. --
Now, my one year anniversary with my husband is coming soon, (February 12th, in case anyone is curious). It is time for me to put my thinking cap on and try to come up with an amazing present. I honestly don't have a clue, yet. Who knows what the years will bring through this chaotic world we live in? What is practical? What is sentimental? What can you really get someone that you feel deserves the world? Hmm, this I will have to put much thought into. And maybe some hinting around at him in the process for some clues. ;) I do know one thing, though: NO MORE PUPPIES.
